alot more work has to be done before this oracle can be made, it has extremely basic form, but it will need a complex body, limbs, muscle structure, ect before it can be considered
as long as its a work in progress. try finding some various poses and humanoid designs you like and try tracing them to get the basic structure for for your concept, you can create the cross planes from that after you are done with your concept just keep on building on your design and i look forward to seeing where you get upto :)
